The week before
A good clinic that was hard to find and harder to book.
Not every problem ISA solves is an AI problem. Your Denture Man is a real, hands-on denture and dental group with clinics across Sydney, and the work itself was never the issue. The issue was everything that happens before a patient sits in the chair: finding the clinic, trusting it, and actually booking a time without a phone call in business hours.
The web presence did not carry the standard of the work. Booking meant ringing during the day, which quietly loses the person who was ready in the evening. And the social side, the thing that keeps a local business visible, was happening whenever someone remembered, which is another way of saying not often enough.
What we built
A website, booking across five clinics, and a managed feed.
We built the site properly, as a front door that matches the care the clinics give. It is fast, clear, and built to be found by someone searching for a denture clinic near them, rather than a template dropped on a domain.
On top of it sits online booking across all five clinics, so a patient can pick a location and a time without waiting for the phone line to open. And ISA runs the social presence on a retainer, so the feed stays live and the clinics keep showing up where local patients are already looking, without the owner having to become a part-time marketer.
What changed
Found, trusted and booked, without the owner chasing it.
The group now has a presence that does the first job of any local business: it gets found, it looks credible, and it lets a ready patient book on their own time. Booking is no longer gated by whether someone is free to answer a call.
The social feed stays alive because it is managed, not left to spare moments. That keeps the clinics visible between visits, which is exactly how a local service business stays front of mind.
Put together, it means a patient can go from never having heard of the group to booked in, at the clinic that suits them, in a couple of minutes and at whatever hour they happen to be looking. The friction that used to sit between interest and appointment is largely gone.
What it made possible
The owner runs the clinics, not the marketing.
The unlock is simple and it is not about AI. The owner gets to do the work they are good at, running good clinics, while the finding, booking and posting run on a system ISA built and keeps managing.
This is the local-business door, and we build it as seriously as any agent stack. Sometimes the right answer for a business is a site that works, booking that is easy and a feed that never goes quiet.

What was hard, and what this build is not.
A five-clinic booking flow sounds simple until you handle five locations, their hours and the reality that patients turn up at whichever one suits them. Getting that right, and keeping it right, is the work. A managed social retainer only pays off if it is genuinely consistent, which is why ISA runs it rather than handing back a calendar and good luck.
We are also clear about what this is not. This is not an AIOS install or an agent team. It is a website, a booking system and managed social done to a high standard. We say that plainly because matching the build to the business, and not overselling it, is the whole point.
