Here is what we collect and why, in plain words with no fine-print games. If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it gone, just ask.

What we collect
The basics, kept tight
What we collect
Only what we need to reply to an enquiry, run a paid audit, deliver work and manage newsletter consent. A payment also creates a Stripe checkout record. Client systems are scoped with data ownership, access and export in mind from the start.
Newsletter and enquiries
Newsletter capture stores your email, the source, a consent timestamp and active status where Supabase is configured. No live marketing emails go out until the send path is approved. Enquiry details are used to reply to you, nothing more.
Where it lives
Enquiry and newsletter data sit in the accounts that run this site. Payments are processed by Stripe. Google Analytics provides basic site measurement. Meta receives advertising-measurement data only if you choose to allow it. Any client work we deliver lives in your own systems, covered in more detail on our security page.
Site analytics
Google Analytics tells us which pages earn their place: pages viewed, reading depth and clicks through to booking. Google advertising and personalisation storage stay off, so this is counting, not ad profiling. We do not deliberately send Google your name, email, payment details or enquiry text. Browser Do Not Track and any content blocker you run are respected.
Optional advertising measurement
If you choose Allow marketing measurement, we load the Meta Pixel to measure ISA ads and the pages or offers they lead to. On a completed Stripe purchase, our server may send Meta the purchase value and currency, the matching event ID, browser cookies such as _fbp and _fbc when present, IP address and browser type. Your payment email is normalised and SHA-256 hashed before it is sent to Meta. If you do not allow it, the Meta Pixel and Meta purchase event stay off.
Retention and your choice
Your marketing choice stays in this browser for up to 180 days, unless you change it or clear browser storage. Stripe keeps payment records and checkout metadata for payment, accounting and support. Analytics providers retain data under the settings on ISA's accounts. We review the data we control and keep it only while there is a business or legal reason to do so.
Who can see it
Only the people and providers who need it to run the site, process payment, deliver work or measure allowed advertising. We do not sell your data. Ask what we hold, ask for a correction or removal, or opt out of direct marketing at any time by emailing moe@intelligentsolutions.agency. We will handle it plainly and without hoops.
Marketing measurement settings
This choice controls optional Meta advertising measurement. It does not switch off the basic Google Analytics counting described above.
