ISA collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries, run audits, deliver services and manage newsletter consent. Client systems are scoped with data ownership, access and export in mind.

Newsletter capture stores email, source, consent timestamp and active status where Supabase is configured. No live marketing emails are sent from this rebuild until Moe approves the send path.
