- Your AI Strategy & Operations Officer, connected to your workspace, your CRM and one more tool. The base installation you grow from.
- Your email and calendar (Google or Microsoft), your CRM and one more tool.
- The workflow generator is included, so you can build more yourself.
- Add more connections or done-for-you workflows any time. Ask on the call.
Ground Up
- Marcus is included, with a whole department and specialist helpers working underneath.
- Up to six of your tools, for example Gmail or Outlook, your calendar, your CRM, Xero, Facebook and Instagram.
- Sales, for example: replies to new enquiries within minutes, chases every quote to a yes or a no, and keeps your customer records current.
- Your proposal lists the department's tasks and what needs your approval. Setup includes a written list of every job it handles, up to six tool connections and four setup sessions. Use it as often as you need, within the tools' limits. New work is scoped separately.
How setup works
Set up in 2 to 4 weeks from GO.
GO means scope signed, deposit paid, first session booked and access to your tools given. The first build of each department takes longer, and we agree that schedule before you pay.

- Two setup sessions: connect, then your first workflow together.
Ground Up
- Four setup sessions: map the work with Moe, set it up, walk you through it, then fine-tune.
Warranty and guarantee
Marcus
- 30-day works-as-built warranty: anything we set up that doesn't work as scoped is fixed free for 30 days.
Ground Up
- If it doesn't deliver the agreed ROI in the agreed window, we keep working at no extra cost until it does.
- Bounded by the department's stated outcomes and window, written into your scope.
Care after setup
Marcus
- Care is optional, and recommended.
- After day 30, Monitor care from $297 + GST a month is recommended. Without care, fixes are quoted per job.
Ground Up
- Monthly Care from day 31: $297 to $997 + GST a month.
- Per business. Essential at $497 + GST is the usual start.
Costs we don't include
Software, usage, ad spend and optional hardware are separate. Your proposal sets out every cost.
It runs on a cloud server in your name. You pay the host directly, no markup (usually $20 to $40 a month, an estimate).
The audit credit and stepping up
The AI Audit: $500 including GST. Credited in full against your build if you go ahead within 14 days.
If you step up to Ground Up, anything we built that carries across is credited, assessed at the time.

Fix times count business days and exclude outages at a third-party provider. Re-authentication is always prioritised. “On it within” means work starts, not finishes. Your agent works 24/7. Moe replies in business hours.
