Terms of use, in plain words.
How the software we build for you works, what's yours, and what we're responsible for.
Last updated 30 October 2026.
Who these terms cover
These terms cover the software, dashboards, agents and automations that Intelligent Solutions Agency (ISA) builds or runs for its clients, and the people at those businesses who use them. ISA is the trading name of AYM Industries Pty Ltd, ABN 48 656 113 389, Sydney.
Your agreement comes first
If your business has a signed scope or service agreement with ISA, that agreement wins wherever it differs from these terms.
Your licence to use it
While your agreement is active, you and the staff you authorise can use the software for your own business. Please don't resell it, share logins outside your business, or try to get around its access controls.
Your data stays yours
Information in your systems, such as your practice software, accounting file or inbox, stays yours. We only access what the job needs, only with your permission, and only to deliver your work. We never sell it.
Connected accounts, like QuickBooks and Google
When you connect an account, you approve the access on the provider's own screen. We ask for the narrowest access the job needs, and read-only access when the job is only reading. Connection keys are kept on the server, never in your browser. You can disconnect any time from the provider's settings or by asking us, and access stops straight away. The provider's own terms still apply to your account with them.
Check before you rely on it
The software helps your team; it does not replace your judgement. It can make mistakes, so check figures before you rely on them for tax, payroll or payments. Anything that moves money or changes records only happens under the controls agreed in your scope.
Keeping it running
We work to keep your software available and fix faults when they show up. Some parts rely on other services, such as hosting, email and accounting providers, which can go down or change without notice.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, and unless your agreement says otherwise, our responsibility for a fault is limited to fixing or re-supplying the service, or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
When things end
If your agreement ends or you disconnect, we switch off our access and hand over or delete what we hold for you, as agreed.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. The laws of New South Wales apply. Questions? Email moe@intelligentsolutions.agency.
