How we handle your data
You stay in control. We stay out of the way.
Where does my data live?
On your own accounts, your own domain and your own hardware. Your tenant, not ours. We build the system inside the tools you already run, so the data never has to move to a platform you cannot see. If you need it kept in Australia, we can host it here.
What leaves my systems?
As little as possible, and nothing sensitive that does not have to. Your client records, files and matter information stay in your systems. Where a step needs an outside service, we tell you which one, what it sees and why, before it goes live. Nothing sensitive leaves quietly.
Who can see it?
Only the people you name. We never share your data with anyone, and your private work stays private. Anything that becomes public is shown to you for your yes first. Our own access is scoped to what the build needs and no more.
What happens when we finish?
You keep everything. We hand your accounts and credentials back, rotate anything we were given, and the work stays in systems you already own. There is no data of yours locked inside ours to hold onto. You can export the lot and walk away any time.

We do not pretend to be an enterprise data centre, because that would be a lie the buyers who care can spot. What we do is keep your data in your systems, tell you plainly what happens to it, and hand it all back if you leave. Honesty about what we are is the point, not a footnote.

Do you keep copies of our client data?
No. The work runs in your systems. We do not keep a private copy of your client records, and we return or rotate any credentials you gave us when we finish.
Can you host our data in Australia?
Yes. If you need it kept onshore, we can host your AI employee in Australia. We will tell you exactly where it sits.
